We had an attic water heater leak in two story house all the way down to 1st floor.  We called Honey Do plumbing in McKinney to replace water heater and Water Rehab to do remediation and demolition and they worked with insurance in a long process to get us a maximum settlement to rebuild our house back to the way it was. These guys did an amazing job. They came in and went right to work, answered all my questions and more extremely professional. Throughout the process, they kept me completely informed and took care of everything and went above and beyond and even doing things They actually didn’t even have to do. I’ve been in the construction industry for over 25 years. I have worked with restoration companies in the past. Water Rehab and Restoration came in to mitigate water damage and repair the damages. They evaluated the extent of the water damage, including where water had run under the kitchen laminate flooring, and removed everything with water damage - pantry ceiling walls and shelves, kitchen flooring, cabinet toe-kick boards and dining room carpet. They set up dehumidifiers and blowers in the attic (origin of the leak) and below in the kitchen, pantry and dining room. Once everything dried out, their restoration team rebuilt the pantry (walls, ceiling and shelves), including painting, installed new laminate flooring and installed new carpet. After, they made sure that all the affected areas were treated and dried, so mold couldn't grow, they left my house las if the unfortunate water incident had never happened. Foundation work caused a couple of water leaks via broken pipes. The plumber we used recommended these guys and they did all the work to immediately assess the situation, clean the mess, dry the area with fans, etc. They worked with the insurance company to reach agreement on the cost for the remediation. Then, they also quoted the work rehabbing the whole job-- tile, paint, carpet, etc.  Their tradespeople were talented and conscientious, and the cost was fair.
